What purchases don't qualify for cash back?
The following transaction types do not earn cash back:
- Personal and non-business expenses: Purchases for personal, family, or household use; purchases made with funds transferred from personal bank accounts or other non-revenue sources
- Cash and cash-like transactions: Cash advances, ATM withdrawals, money orders, wire transfers, person-to-person payments (Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, Cash App)
- Stored value: Gift card purchases, prepaid card reloads, cryptocurrency purchases
- Gambling and lottery: Casino chips, lottery tickets, online gambling

- Fees and refunds: Account fees, interest charges, returned purchases
Note about fuel: Fuel purchased at warehouse clubs (Costco, Sam's Club, BJ's), grocery stores, or convenience stores may earn the standard tier rate instead of the fuel rate depending on how the merchant is classified by the card network.
Note about tiers: Starter tier members do not earn cash back on any purchases. Upgrade to Core or Pro to earn cash back rewards.

Cash back earned during a calendar month is paid out at the end of the following calendar month.

- March purchases → Paid at end of April
Payouts are deposited directly into your TACH account on the last business day of the month.
The minimum payout is $5.00. If your balance is less than $5.00, it rolls over until the minimum is met.
What happens to my cash back if I close my account?
If your TACH account is closed—whether by you or by TACH—all accrued but unpaid cash back is forfeited.
Cash back that has already been deposited to your account prior to closure is yours to keep.

Fast & Speedy Deposits
How fast do income deposits become available in my TACH account?
Income deposits into your TACH account become available within 2 business days. This is fast and speedy compared to some traditional banking timelines.
These income deposits typically come from:
- Your factoring company - After they pay you for freight invoices
- Brokers - Direct payments for loads
- Shippers - Direct payments from your customers
Once deposits arrive in your TACH account, the funds are immediately available for business expenses, cash advances*, or transfers.
What happens after my income deposit arrives?
After your income deposit becomes available in your TACH account (within 2 business days), you have full access to:
- Pay expenses - Use your TACH Trucker Funding Program Visa® Prepaid cards1 and TACH Business Account2 for fuel, repairs, and operating costs
- Request cash advances* - Get working capital for truck repairs with flexible repayment terms
- Transfer funds - Move money to external bank accounts as needed
- Track finances - View categorized expenses and profit/loss in real-time
Note: Income deposits are subject to a small processing fee**. See Legal Disclosures below for details.
Do weekends or holidays delay my deposits?
Deposits are processed on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays).
For example:
- Deposit initiated Monday → Available by Wednesday
- Deposit initiated Friday → Available by Tuesday (skips weekend)
- Deposit initiated before holiday → May take an extra business day
The 2-business-day timeline ensures reliable, predictable access to your income while providing time for bank processing and security checks.

Legal Disclosures
* Invoice Factoring (Cash Advances): TACH is NOT a lender. TACH does NOT offer loans or credit. What we refer to as "cash advances" are single-invoice factoring or spot-factoring services—specifically, the purchase of truck repair invoices/receivables for TRUCK REPAIRS ONLY. These services are partially provided through TACH and or Corporate Billing, LLC (a division of SouthState Bank, N.A.). Factoring is the sale of receivables, not a loan. Any reference to "credit limit" refers to Corporate Billing's internal factoring limit (an internal exposure parameter for managing receivable purchases), not a lending limit or line of credit. All factoring services are subject to approval based on revenue and business performance, not personal credit scores.
** Membership Tier Pricing: TACH offers three membership tiers: (1) Starter: Free membership with a $99 one-time application fee, deducted from your first qualifying revenue deposit. (2) Core: $99 per truck per month, billed monthly based on active trucks in your fleet. No application fee. (3) Pro: $1.25% of qualifying revenue deposits (payments from factoring companies, brokers, or shippers). No application fee. All tiers include business banking services, TACH Trucker Funding Program Visa® Prepaid Cards, cash advance availability, expense management, smart budgeting tools, and partner discounts. Higher tiers unlock cash back rewards, better cash advance rates, and included services (roadside assistance, deposit-free rentals). Tier changes take effect at the start of the next monthly billing cycle. Pricing subject to change with 30 days written notice.
*** Cash Advance Fees (Invoice Factoring Fees): TACH's cash advance fees vary by membership tier. STARTER TIER: 3% fee per month of repayment (e.g., 3-month term = 9% total fee, 6-month term = 18% total fee). CORE TIER: 3% first month + 2% each additional month (e.g., 3-month term = 7% total fee, 6-month term = 13% total fee). PRO TIER: 0% first month + 1.5% each additional month (e.g., 3-month term = 3% total fee, 6-month term = 7.5% total fee). These are flat, one-time fees with no compounding interest and no hidden charges. Fees are deducted from the cash advance amount at the time of funding. For APR disclosure purposes, actual APR varies by tier and term length. TACH does not charge compounding interest—these are factoring fees for the purchase of receivables. Fees are subject to change with 30 days written notice. Early repayment does not reduce the fee. Cash advance services partially provided through TACH and/or Corporate Billing, LLC (a division of SouthState Bank, N.A.).
